Be honest through your answers though, the quality of the diagnostic depending upon it. Then report to the score grid at then end of this post. Simply indicate the score A, B or C for each question, then calculate the total points.

1 | Are you ready to get over yourself or even excel?

C – One only lives once, why make life difficult?

2 | Do you enjoy going through with your ideas?

A – I enjoy finishing what I start, if things run well.
B – If I have an idea in mind, nothing can stop me from manifesting it.
C – I usually put problems aside hoping things will finally get sorted out on their own.

3 | Do you enjoy taking the lead?

A – I’m a good performer and I do take initiatives only if I can’t do otherwise.

B – I always try to avoid being slapped in the face.
C – In all circumstances, I’m even-tempered.

A – I remain placid facing any event.
B – To avoid losing control, I always take time to think before taking action.
C – I tend to react excessively when I receive bad or good news.

6 | Are you an unstoppable hardworker?

A – I’m able to work intensely but not for long. I think that the most important is to give a push when needed.

C – I quite always refuse to make decisions on a whim. I’d rather take time to get more information and weight the pros and cons of the problem beforehand.

11 | Can you be fooled?

A – Like Saint Thomas, I only believe what I can see. By the way, I’m rarely wrong about people and I’m always grounded.

C – My kindness, stubbornness or gullibility lead me to be fooled by people quite often or to be wrong about them.

Total Points ? ? ?

If you get more than 40 points, there’s no doubt you’ve got everything it takes to succeed as an entrepreneur!

Depending on the score you get, discover now the best advice given by the expert in entrepreneurship Robert Papin

More than 40 points: Just do it!

You’ve probably got the qualities that helped many entrepreneurs become great leaders. Now all you need is a brilliant business idea and perhaps to get some knowledge and skills in management.

Between 30 and 40 points: Think twice…

Starting a business is a great adventure, but the price to pay is more likely to be too much for you. Think well about the prospective consequences of your weaknesses. Perhaps you should postpone starting a business now or recruit the collaborators who will palliate some of your failings.

Less than 30 points: Be realistic!

Don’t take the leap head down into an adventure that can bring you more disappointments than satisfactions. If your main motivation is to be your own boss, don’t forget that you can also take on big responsibilities in an existing corporation. If you wish to own your own business, why not buy an existing company that is already in good shape?

[WARNING]

Like any other test, this one is not meant to find out whether you’ve got the entrepreneur profile – life has shown us there aren’t any – but rather to make a sort of psychological assessment in order to discover the strengths on which you can rely and inversely detect the aspects of your personality that may make the adventure more difficult to live.

In the way the score is calculated, this test readily confers a huge importance to 4 personality traits that are fundamental for the starting stage: the capacity to surpass, tenacity, resistance to shocks and a good health. With this test, Robert Papin wish he could help those who are about to start their own business (or currently consider doing so) inviting them to ask themselves this key question: Am I ready for this great adventure? If that’s not the case, there are several solutions: to find one or several business partners who have a complementary profile, to take time to deepen our motivations or else… to give up.
